Staci Collins, founder of Real Edge Consulting, has been coaching leaders in HR, career, performance, and communications for 21 years. At Ernst & Young she coached and consulted leaders to achieve performance in a price-warring market, while retaining restless and burned out top performers. At Accenture she designed jobs and career paths for Fortune 500 clients. For the Gap, she trained 100+ in a new process, and for HP she built an Intranet for internal communications. see Staci's resume

Staci's conducted numerous workshops on management, leadership, and communications, taught hundreds of mid- to senior-level executives to develop and tell the work stories that drove successful job or career campaigns over weeks instead of months. She's trained and counseled hundreds of MBA's on their career development. And she served as Director for People at Vitalz.com where she designed and managed all aspects of the Talent Life Cycle from recruiting to training to development.

Over the last 15 years Staci's relied on some excellent consultants' aid and expertise. For an example, Kathy Kim, in Amie Consulting, a health care technology project partner.

Kathy Kim

Kathy Kim has spent 20 years leading teams to innovate and excel in healthcare and technology enterprises such as, Brown & Toland Medical Group, Partners Health System, Sutter Health, Oracle. Since her bachelors in biology from Harvard and an MBA/MPH from UC Berkeley, she has become convinced of the power of true story to drive business results.

Kathy has used story most recently to generate focus group information that secured additional funding, and to achieve the greatest by far medication error reductions in a process improvement effort with nurses in a large Bay Area hospital, as well as to teach the most effective presentations of participants that the funding agency had ever seen.

Founder and CEO of a venture-funded startup (one of only 2% of venture funded startups led by women nationally) and founder of Health Technology Group, a consulting firm, Kathy's clients have included UC Office of the President, Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, CalRHIO, Alameda County, Community Health Center Network, Communications Technology Cluster and Women's Technology Cluster. She also currently teaches at UC Berkeley.
